Terms and Conditions

• Information about the prize(s) and how to enter the competition form part of these Terms and Conditions
• Participation in this competition is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions 
• The competition winners will win two double passes, general admission tickets to Ability Fest 2023.  The Field will not be liable for any additional costs attributed to attending the festival
• Prize draw not redeemable for cash
• Entry is only open to VIC residents aged over 18 years
• Entries into the competition open on 04/03/23 and close at midnight on 04/03/23 
• To enter, participants must complete the above form in full, and agree to receiving email/marketing correspondence from the Field
• Incomplete or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid
• The draw will take place at Level 5, 570 St Kilda Road at 1:30 pm AEDT on 06/03/23. Winners will be notified via email within two (2) business days of the draw
• The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into
• Subject to the unclaimed prize draw clause, if for any reason a winner does not take the prize at/by the time stipulated by the Promoter, then the prize (or that element of the prize) will be forfeited.
